Preorder Information

When purchasing a pre-order product, please note the following:

A pre-order means that you can order an item before it has actually arrived at our warehouse.

Under the product, it is stated which period of the month your pre-order is expected to arrive at our warehouse.

The start is between the 1st - 10th of the specified month.

The middle is between the 10th - 20th of the specified month.

The end is between the 20th - 30/31st of the specified month.

Always take the delivery period stated on your order confirmation as this information may change on the website due to multiple deliveries of the specific item.

Please note that our delivery is always an estimated time horizon, where delays or earlier delivery may occur in some cases.

The amount will only be deducted from your account when the order has been shipped from us. Until then, the amount will only be reserved.

Do you have more items in your order?

If you place a pre-order with other items, the entire order will only be shipped when the pre-order is in stock.

For immediate delivery of items that are not pre-ordered, we recommend placing separate orders.
