Shipping policy

Delivery

We ship to most European countries. Orders placed before 1 PM (GMT+2) on weekdays are usually shipped the same day.

Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. In some cases, delivery may be made to a neighbor or a parcel shop if selected.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a note with instructions for redelivery or collection at a nearby parcel shop.

Responsibility

Responsibility for the goods passes to you upon delivery. If the package is visibly damaged upon receipt, you should refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
