Order status

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email from us. This email is also your receipt and in it you will find a tracking link that you can use to track your delivery. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours from the time you receive the link before it is active on the operator's website. You can also check your order status and find tracking information here on the website. If you have an account with us, just log in and find the information under "Orders". You are also always welcome to contact us if you have questions regarding the placement of your order.

 

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at Noella, you can return the item within the applicable right of withdrawal period. In order to return our goods, you will need to buy a return label yourself and make sure of sending items back to our original delivery/return address. Remember to enclose a paper in the package with the original order number and if you want a refund or a gift card. Thank you for understanding.

 

NOTE: If you want to complain about your product, we must always be notified via e-mail (info@noellafashion.com) In the e-mail, we ask you to enter your order number, and that you send pictures of what the product looks like and what the complaint is about if, the article must only be returned once you have received a response from us.

 

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal and it runs from the day the order was received by either yourself or another person at the address. Please note that if you have chosen delivery to a parcel delivery store, the right of withdrawal period begins from the day you pick up the package at the parcel delivery store.

 

If you want to exchange your item for another size, just write this in the cancellation form, the item should be exchanged for a completely different style or an item that is more expensive, we ask you to return the item and get your money back and then order the desired item again.
