How do I make a return?
1. Start your return via our return portal.
2. Attach a return label to the bag/package. This is not pre-paid by us.
3. Deliver the package to the carrier for which you bought the return label. This is usually your local post office or nearest parcel shop.
4. Remember to ask for a receipt with a tracking number. This serves as your insurance if the package gets lost along the way, as you are responsible for the package until it is delivered to us.
We will refund the money to your account as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving the return. The refund will be made to the same payment card you used when making the purchase. It may take up to 30 days before you receive the refund, depending on the type of card you used.
When will I receive my refund?
It may take up to 10 days from the time we receive your return package until the refund appears in your account.
As soon as we receive your package, we do our best to process the refund as quickly as possible. We aim to issue the refund on the same day we receive the package, although it may take up to 3 business days to complete the process. Additionally, it can take 1–7 banking days before the amount is available in your account. Please note that the processing time begins once the package has been received at our warehouse.
The amount will be refunded to the same card used for the original purchase. Unfortunately, for security reasons, we are unable to refund the money to another account.
Where can I track my order?
You can track your order through the tracking link provided in the confirmation email we sent you after your purchase. If you haven't received the email, please check your spam folder. You can also contact us if you need further assistance.
I haven't received my order confirmation
If you haven't received an order confirmation in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam folder. Sometimes, our emails are marked as "spam" by certain email providers.
If you can't find it in your spam folder, it could be due to a typo in the email address or a system error on our side. In that case, please contact customer service.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 1 PM (GMT+2) are usually shipped the same day.

You have a 14-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order.

Where can I find my order number?
You can find your order number in the order confirmation email you received when you placed the order. Your order number starts with 7000.
Please note that the invoice number and order number are not the same.
