How do I make a return? + -

If you wish to return an item from your order, you will need to purchase a return label yourself and send the package to the following address:

Please remember to get a receipt for the shipment, so you always have proof of postage.

It is also very important that you obtain a tracking number, so you can track the package and monitor its status yourself.

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to track your package when you arrange the return shipment yourself.

 

Once the package arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed as soon as possible, but please allow up to 14 days.

When will I receive my refund? + -

It may take up to 14 days from the time we receive your return package until the refund appears in your account.

As soon as we receive your package, we do our best to process the refund as quickly as possible. We aim to issue the refund on the same day we receive the package, although it may take up to 3 business days to complete the process. Additionally, it can take 1–7 banking days before the amount is available in your account. Please note that the processing time begins once the package has been received at our warehouse.

The amount will be refunded to the same card used for the original purchase. Unfortunately, for security reasons, we are unable to refund the money to another account.

Where can I track my order? + -

You can track your order through the tracking link provided in the confirmation email we sent you after your purchase. If you haven't received the email, please check your spam folder. You can also contact us if you need further assistance.

I haven't received my order confirmation + -

If you haven't received an order confirmation in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam folder. Sometimes, our emails are marked as "spam" by certain email providers.

If you can't find it in your spam folder, it could be due to a typo in the email address or a system error on our side. In that case, please contact customer service.

When will I receive my order? + -

Orders placed before 1 PM (GMT+2) are usually shipped the same day.

Where can I find my order number? + -

You can find your order number in the order confirmation email you received when you placed the order. Your order number starts with 7000.

Please note that the invoice number and order number are not the same.

If you have not received an order confirmation, please email info@noellafashion.com with the phone number you used when placing the order, and we will assist you in locating your order.
